Product sales and availability
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability and will be delivered only within the Republic of South Africa. All prices shown on our website are quoted in South African Rands and are valid and effective only in the Republic of South Africa. We reserve the right to discontinue or change the specifications of our products and services from time to time without notice. We will inform you as soon as possible if any products or services ordered by you are not available.
Delivery
We will arrange for delivery to the delivery address that you provide to us. We are not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of the goods once we have delivered the goods to the delivery address you have provided to us.
Delivery period
We will always do what is reasonably possible (but cannot guarantee that we will be able to) ensure that delivery happens on the agreed date. The delivery date is subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.

• Orders over R550.00 is free delivery
• Orders under R549.99 is R80.00, including VAT
• Free delivery excludes outlying areas
• Outlying areas will be dependent on the couriers used
Returns, refunds, and exchanges
The supply of goods by HOME etc. is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, HOME etc. will process a refund in full within seven days. Cancellation of orders will attract a zero percent administration fee.
Should you not be satisfied with the items purchased on our website, you may return the item with the original invoice to any HOME etc. store for a refund or exchange, provided that:
• The items are in their original condition and packaging and are in a saleable condition.
• The items are returned within 30 (thirty) calendar days, either directly to one of our stores or via our courier services (for furniture or large homeware items ), accompanied by the original invoice.
• The product was used according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
• The refund or exchange of an item may be conditional upon submitting photographic proof of the quality issue or defectiveness of the product.
Stock availability
HOME etc. cannot always guarantee availability of stock and will endeavour to deliver a substitute line where possible.
If we are unable to supply each and every item ordered or in the quantities ordered, you nevertheless agree to accept delivery and make payment for the items correctly delivered
Methods of payment
We will debit the total value of your online order against the payment card tendered by you during the checkout process.
Payment will be effected on acceptance of your order and prior to delivery. By submitting your order, identity number and payment card details, you warrant that you are over the age of 18 (eighteen), are authorised to make payment with the payment card and that there are sufficient funds available to pay for the order. A payment email will be sent to the registered email once the order has been confirmed.

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 days and delivery will be confirmed by way of a booking number.(for e.g. booking number / booking voucher , etc. and must mention the use of courier and/or postal services and associated costs, if applicable).

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the HOME etc. bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Card transactions will be acquired for HOME etc. via PayGate (Pty) Ltd, who are the approved payment gateway for all South African. Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no card details are stored on the website. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by HOME etc. separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more details on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
Merchant outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
